A good electronic connector must be tempered. To go through a lot of tests, connector testing will involve the following aspects:
1. Electronic connector plug and pull force test: to verify whether the plug and pull force of the connector meets the product specifications
2. Durability test of electronic connectors: It is to evaluate the impact of repeated plugging and dialing on the connector, and simulate the plugging and dialing situation of the connector in actual use.
3. Insulation resistance test of electronic connectors: is to verify that the insulation performance of the connector meets the requirements of the circuit design or withstands high temperature, humidity and other environmental stress, its resistance value meets the requirements of the relevant technology
4. Voltage resistance test of electronic connectors: It is to verify whether the connector can work safely under rated voltage and whether it can withstand overpotential, so as to assess whether the connector insulation material or insulation gap meets the requirements
5. Contact resistance test of electronic connectors: to verify the resistance value generated when the current flows through the contact surface of the contact part
6. Vibration test of electronic connectors: to verify the impact of vibration on the performance of connectors and their components
7. Mechanical impact test of electronic connectors: to verify the impact resistance of connectors and their components or to assess whether their structure is firm
8. Cold and thermal test of electronic connectors: it is to evaluate the impact of the connector on its functional quality under rapid temperature difference changes
9. High temperature test of electronic connectors: It is to evaluate whether the performance of terminals and insulators changes after the specified time in a high temperature environment.
10. Electronic connector mixed gas corrosion test: It is to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the connector in different concentrations of mixed gas and the impact on its performance.
